THURSDAY 11TH FEBRUARY 7PM, A TALK BY AUBREY POWELL ABOUT HIPGNOSIS DESIGN
 Albert Studio's is delighted to welcome Aubrey Powell, know as "Po", one half of Hipgnosis, the ground breaking design team responsible for some of the most original album cover's of late 60's to mid 80's. In a wildly witty talk, illustrated with hilarious anecdotes, Po takes us through the many adventures and behind the scene dramas of some of the worlds most iconic performers such as Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath. Whilst you sip a glass of Champagne Po will talk of the trials and tribulations of getting ideas scribbled on the back of cigarette packets into every rock fans home.
An intimate 2 hour talk by Aubrey Powell followed by a Q&A sessions and further refreshments.
The Warrior Programme particularly helps Ex-Service personnel and the homeless, and provides an environment where creative solutions can be explored in a supportive community atmosphere, yet on a one-to-one basis.
Funds raised will go towards rehabilitating and supporting soldiers returning from war.
